change the hard drive. samsung HDD F3 need a firmware update in order to work with new 970 mobos (i have the exact same mobo and samsung F3 HDD). You could probably get a WD Blue or Black for the same price.

the antec BP is ok, it's one of antec's cheaper made units. you could get one of the antec's 520w units for the same price. they are made by a better OEM (seasonic) and come with with better caps. they also have better efficiency and more power on the 12v rail. the modular thing is a bit over rated as you tend to use the same amount of cables (i have an antec modular PSU).

you could also save some money by getting the phenom II x 955 and just increase the multiplier for an instant 965,970,975,980, etc., (they are all the same CPU)

Thanks for the response, cool that you had the same mobo and hard drive, I didn't know that, I went with the F3 because everyone tells me how good it is. Its got a 5 year parts and labor warranty, 1TB of space, great reviews, and its $60. Can you recommend me a similar hard drive thats better?
About the PSU, well half of the people tell me you use all the cables anyways, and the other half tell me that there are lots of spare cables that you don't use and a modular power supply is almost a must. I don't really care. I really like this one:

And the processor has a promotion, $15 dollars off, making it cheaper then the 955 but more powerful, although, I have to buy it NOW before it ends.
