CL7 or CL8

I was just wondering which of these would give me the best performance.. Since it will max out my system and I want to get the best thing.

Also according to emachines my mother board only supports upto 1333mhz.. So i figure CL 7 would be best since its lower latency.. thought i would ask the experts though.

My current system build is

AMD Athlon II X2 220
3 GB DDR 3 RAM
1 TB HDD
windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM

I would go with the ballistix kit because it is a better brand as far as I know, and also because it is faster.

My thoughts exactly.. but wanted to get an unbiased opinion since i tend to lean toward the cheaper things in life which i end up regretting. Thank you so much for your response.
