You don't want a 3GB card for a single monitor set up. The extra VRAM will actually hurt you in FPS due to latency. That card is for a multiple monitor set up. Also as others have pointed out you want a psu with more amps and watts...and that Antec case pretty much sucks. Look at a Cooler Master or Corsair mid tower. They run from $95 to $80.

another psu that sill run 2 580's is the PC Power and Cooling 950w PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703028 a whopping 7yr warranty, silver rated and a very good deal at 150$

the corsair 400r is a great choice for your case.
