Cannot find any Device, but it can on the second try?

It gives me that message every first boot of my pc but then reboots to find my drive and start normally luckily everything else works fine on my new build but I could boot up so much faster if i didn't have to deal with this. What could be wrong? The spot I chose for the sata wire? Something in the bios? thanks for any help.

Check what settings in the BIOS are set to boot first in the boot order.

Also check that the Sata Data Cable is correctly inserted in the drive and on the board.

Perhaps check event viewer to see if anything is unusual there.

It could be due to a underpowered or faulty power supply, but I would check the BIOS settings first and even do a clear CMOS memory.
