Hello,
I HAVE A PHONECARD FOR INTERNET.
I HAVE AN UNUSED ROUTER.
I WANT BUY A WIRELESS PRINTER.
CAN I USE THE ROUTER TO TALK TO MY FUTURE NEW PRINTER, WITHOUT HAVING THE ROUTER CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET??

In a word, yes. The router forms the hub of a network which can include any number of wireless computers and a high number of wired ones, and it doesn't have to connect to the outside world at all.

thank you. installed netgear router by hand to a HP 3050. no more lugging the computer to the printer to print
