GA A55M-DS2 Temp

CPU : AMD A6 3500
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8 gb (4x2) ddr3 1600
PSU : Generic 600w

So I overclocked my CPU to 2.1ghz->2.7ghz did couple of benchmarks and stress tests. I can tell it is stable, but what I am worried about is that when under load TMPIN2 goes up to 65c. Anyone has an idea what is the max safe temp for it? Thanks. By the way, what setup is best when overclocking RAID, AHCI or IDE?

I don't think any of those things you mentioned are relevant to OCing. You also need to watch the voltage on the chip, it may seem stable but you could be greatly reducing its life span.

I didn't change any voltage, I set it as default one. Only changed blck and multiplier.
