Does intel 945gcl motherboard run without power good signal cable

Hello Their,

I was planning to buy
"Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W Power Supply (CMPSU-750TXV2)"
the specification says that
"Power Good Signal --- N/A"
will this PSU supports and run my motherboard with no issue??

It is the PSU that needs the power good signal. The TX750 has it and should work fine.
