Once again I'm here to ask a question that makes me feel computer stupid.
I recently bought a Radeon 5450 HD 512MB video card.
When I insert my video card, my computer no longer completes it's power up sequence.
The button lights up, and the system begins to make it's regular noises but when it reaches the CD/DVD drive the system appears to be unable to finish that final step. I have verified that it is the video card causing this conflict.
So I was wondering if anybody could offer me answers or suggestions; I can't figure out if it is a faulty card or a mobo/PSU conflict.
My PSU is a Corsair Builder Series cx430; 430 Watt.
