Ahh - the old switch and cover up. And the infamous non-denial denial.
First, off course they were not visible to regular members - why else would I be asking except that they were not viewable.
The drop down menu beneath the forum listings on the main table used to contain, near the bottom of the list, the line for "Restricted". When you clicked on it, you got the page stating that you are not allowed to access this message area, just like when you go to the drop down menu on this page and select "Moderator Discussions" or "International Forum". Did they just change the name of one of those from "Restricted" or were those lines there before too?
While not labeled "Restricted" like the line I saw before, sure seems to me those two areas are restricted.
I like international communication. How can I get access to that forum too?
People from the restricted area arent allowed to talk about it. So, therefore I have nothing to say

I believe the restricted area you speak of is just a place where moderators can discuss issues pertaining to moderation of the forum. That is why it is closed to all regular members. If you have issues with the forum, this is the appropriate place to discuss them.

I liked my answer better

I probably have little interest and even less need in seeing that forum - its just that as soon as that "Restricted" sign goes up so does my curiosity.
