So I'm looking to buy a new PC and I think all I need now is the PSU. My specs are:
i5-2500: http://www.360buy.com/product/391780.html (1490)
giga h67: http://www.newegg.com.cn/Product/13-c18-187.htm?FPA=4 (570)
MSI R6790: http://www.360buy.com/product/394114.html (800)
case: http://www.360buy.com/product/147775.html (100)

RAM:
adata 2g ram 1333: http://www.360buy.com/product/184066.html (76 * 2) or
kingston 2g ram: http://www.360buy.com/product/265646.html (76 * 2)

PSUs: SilverStone Strider SST-ST50F-230 - http://www.amazon.cn/SilverStone-%E9%93%B6%E6%AC%A3-%E9%A2%9D%E5%AE%9A500W-%E5%8F%B0%E5%BC%8F%E6%9C%BA%E7%94%B5%E6%BA%90-SST-ST50F-ES/dp/B004VOEGMY
NEO ECO 520W - http://www.amazon.cn/Antec-%E5%AE%89%E9%92%9B%E5%85%8B-Neo-ECO-520-%E9%A2%9D%E5%AE%9A520W-%E7%94%B5%E6%BA%90/dp/B003ULNW9C/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1325166421&sr=8-1-fkmr0

I found the SilverStone from this review. Any ideas if it is good enough to cope with these specs? I've never had higher than a single core a3800+ (...i think...) and so I have no idea if video rendering will still use 100% cpu and if this will greatly effect things. Video rendering would be rare though.
PC requirements: Play QuakeLive, UT2004, SC2, DOTA2. Run applications for software dev (apache/eclipse/Oracle/MySQL). Occassionally render game movies with Vegas/Premier. Run firefox with 50 tabs for weeks on end while downloads run.

Is the SilerStone ok? Is the neo eco better/worse?

Thanks for the link. I guess Silverstone falls into tier 3 there. Neo HE is different from neo eco? If so then neo eco doesn't even make the list
the 500w Silverstone is better than the 520w neo eco then?

But the extra watts arent needed? If I were to add another 2*2gb ram + 1tb hdd + ssd then the silverstone 500w should still be fine? I dont actually plan to add an SSD but just theoretically~
