how can i change the read only?

open regedit .. then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies
Right-click the "Write Protect" file and select "Modify." Set the "Value Data" to "0" and click "OK.
then go to ControlSet001/Control/StorageDevicePolicies." Right-click "WriteProtect" and select "Modify." Set "Value Data" to "0" and click "OK
do the same for the "ControlSet002/Control/StorageDevicePolicies

restart the PC you're done

PS before making any changes I suggested you better backup your registry
