Between the two the GA-Z77X-UP5, but it's LLC isn't very good - use high or don't use LLC on the Gigabyte. Thomas did a review on the GA-Z77X-UP5 a little while ago and the 'advantages' were the MOBO's ability to use higher BCLK than others in the comparison -- the huge problem is I highly recommend never using BCLK other than 100MHz on LGA 1155. You are asking for all sorts of corruption including data fooling around with BCLK.

You should be able to OC a little higher on your GA-Z77M-D3H after a BIOS update, use F13. The problem is VRM/Phase control on your current MOBO. Frankly the differences between 4.3GHz and 4.5GHz~4.6GHz+ is small. Here's Thomas's settings, just leave the BCLK alone, see - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z77x-up5-th-z77a-gd80-z77-oc-formula,3305-14.html

sorry for the noob question

whats LLC?

LLC = Load Line Calibration. It offsets vDroop when the CPU load changes to, in overclocking, keep the CPU stable. Nice graphs, little light on the explanation but you'll get the idea - http://www.masterslair.com/vdroop-and-load-line-calibration-is-vdroop-really-bad/
