Wait for AMD's new Bulldozer / Zambezi processors to be released (2-3 weeks)
This will drop not only amd's CPU Pricing but intel will follow suit.

You could save a heap of money or get something alot better for ur buck.

8GB G.Skill Sniper 1600MHz $50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231416

As I see it, these are probably your best 3 options. The processor will perform nicely in gaming and wont limit your 560Ti in any way. The motherboard is GEN3/PCI3.0 ready, and it will take a second card in SLI should you ever want to. It will also enable you to upgrade your processor to an i5/i7 or IVYBRIDGE in the future. 8GB 1600MHz RAM is the best bang-for-buck RAM currently and will go really nicely with i3-2100 and z68 motherboard.

Giving you a final build of:
i3-2100
ASRock Ex3 GEN3
GTX 560Ti
650w Corsair PSU
8GB 1600MHz RAM
500GB HDD
HAF 922
212+ Cooler

^^ Looks a pretty damn good build to me with lots of future potential should you ever want to upgrade again.
