Sorry misread that, your pushing it a little bit with the psu. Your gpu should state how many amps it needs on the box

why did you order an outdated card... anyway, you should be fine. I would reccommend cancelling the order if you can and getting a newer generation card (which would probably out perform it at a lower cost/less heat/less power), even a gts250 should beat that card.

lol IN B4 FLAME. I read my answer then read the question again and was like huh?!

You can totally run the gpu, just try to stay below 80% usage or your pc may shut off lol

Pretty much. The newer gen cards are less power hog as well. even look at a 450 or a HD 6*** series... Sorry I'm useless this thread. You need a new psu or get a card that requires an 8pin, and plug 2 different 4 pins in.

i am actually buying that only due to my budget, and moreover its a used card,am getting it for $50....i am thinking of buying this card just to satisfy my lust of games for few months, and then when i get the budget,i would get a good graphic card....and thanks for the reply....

Noo, sorry it was a bad joke a little bit. what I really mean is that you could essentially power that. But I imagine that within a few months your PSU would die and need to be replaced.

If you play some older games you may notice your GPU activity spiking near 50% at which point you can play it fine. But if you load something a little more demanding it may turn into bad news bears
