is this your motherboard?
http://www.jetway.com.tw/jw/motherboard_view.asp?productid=647&proname=M26GT4-A
if yes, click on the 'cpu support list' tab on the left side of the page for list of supportted cpus. look carefully if the listed cpus are supported.
if no, there are other jetway mobos on the site.
check if your cpu upgrade is compatible with the mothebroard. if the upgrade requires a bios upgrade and jetway doesn't offer any, the motherboard might not recognize the new cpu. and risky bios flash could damage your motherboard.
you could run cpu-z/speccy to find out exact make/model and google '<your mobo model> supported cpus'.

thanks and sorry since cpu-z tells me that

manufacturer and model = to be filled by O.E.M.

thanks anyways :D more power

can you also please explain some of the meaning of the legends
i dont understand what these 3 means haha

Ax = Since BIOS Version
N/A = Not Support
"* "= Over Spec.

"Ax = Since BIOS Version V = Test OK! X = Test Fail N/A = Not Support "* "= Over Spec. ? = Under Testing"
i think Ax means the oldest bios revision to use that particular cpu, x is the revision number. for instance,ph ii x4 910e is supported since A06 bios. "*" means the cpu specs are higher than the mobo specs.
