Hi,

I'm about to get one of the GPUs GTX560.
Can you advise which is best price/value ?

GTX 560 or GTX 560 Ti ?
Does it make a difference which company made it ( MSI, ASUS, Zotac, etc.. ) ?

2 or 1 fans?

Please help

As MM stated, go for the Ti version and if it were me, i would be overclocking it as they can overclock pretty well. If you decide to do the same then you will want to get a model that has a warranty that covers overclocking. Think MSI and ASUS both do...

I dont really need top overclocked one. I've seen slight differences in clock speed etc.
All i want is good compatibility.
Other thing is common sense tells me to take one with 2 fans just in case i may try to overclock it a bit in a future

I would just go for a GTX 560 Ti with a bit of a factory overclock since you don't plan to overclock yourself. Also look for one with a quiet fan. According to Guru3d, the reference models clocked at 822 mhz with a single fan are extremely quiet.

As is the Gigabyte Superoverclock (SOC), which has the quietest fans, especially when considering it also comes with the highest factory overclock:

The Asus DirectCU II models seem to have nice factory overclocks and yet very quiet coolers. The Asus TOP at 900 mhz comes in at 40 Dba, while the MSI Hawk at 950 mhz registers 42 Dba. To give you an idea of the tradoff, the slower cards are usually quieter as well, with the Gigabyte as an exception.

Well I say it's a toss up between the Asus and the MSI GTX560ti.Both are great cards for the money. And both cards have the best cooling.Really depends what you want.Personally I would go with the Asus GTX560ti.The factory O.C. is a really nice speed ofr a factory O.C. and will suit you well if you aren't into O.C.ing.

Ok. The winner is ASUS GTX560 Ti DCII/2DI/1GD5.

I was considering TOP version with 900MHz clock but i dont really need that.
I believe that will run anything no much difference than TOP one and saving me
17GBP.
I didnt come across with the game that would be running under 40fps on my
8800GT and according to NVidia's website this GTX performs 3x faster :)
I may overclock in the future if needed.

Spare money i put into G.Skill 4GB CL8.

Thanks guys for help.
