How to Adjust Case Fan Speeds?

How do you adjust case fan speeds. I bought a Rosewill Ranger case which came with three fans that are fairly quiet, but the two extra rosewill 120mm fans I installed are loud. Anyway to adjust their speed? They are all plugged into my motherboard. The AI Suite II software they provided doesn't seem to have a fan controller.

My PC Specs:
AMD FX 6100
Asus Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard
16GB G.Skill (4x4)
1TB HDD
Rosewill Ranger Case
Windows 7 64 Bit

Boot into bios, there should be an option to change the rpm's and stuff.

Alright, I also got speedfan which works well, but it makes it seem as only one fan controls the whole thing.

i believe there is a fan speed section in AI Suite II software--though dont know which fans it controls

its in tools then fan xpert
