First build please help

i just got my case the corsair 650d it has the stand off all ready in but there's one nub screw where a stand off should be.
what do i do with the nub screw. do i just line it up like the other stand offs just with out a screw.
the motherboard i just bought is z68x-ud3h-b3
please help
