I want something that will not be outdated too fast. I like the performance of the 2600K. Any tips let me know.

LGA1366 motherboard and a LGA1155 CPU don't match. Find a good LGA1155 board and drop the CPU to I5 2500K if this is for gaming!

You can save $150 by swapping the H50 for a Cooler Master Hyper 212, and swapping the HX750 for the TX750. You're getting a full size tower, and modular PSUs are mainly good for small and mid-towers where space is considerably tight. You don't have that problem in larger Cooler Master cases.
