I recently bought new parts for my computer...

This is my setup:
1TB HDD
6GB CORSAIR DDR3 RAM 1333MHZ
MSI 870-G45 MOTHERBOARD
850W POWER SUPPLY
AMD PHENOM X4 955 DENEB 3.2 GHZ
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 260

I'm pretty sure everything is hooked up right, I here the start up speaker help once and i even here the OS boot up. Just no display. Tried my old 8800 GTS and it worked fine. I can't figure this out... Any ideas?

If the 8800GTS is working fine then most likely it is the GTX260 that is bad (presuming that you are hooking external power from PSU correctly to both cards)

The only thing I don't get is that service manager picks it up and installs the drivers for it. Just no display when i hook DVI to it.

Sounds like a monitor issue, check your documentation on the monitor for support and if there is a reset to default on the monitor then do that as well.
