How to identify your broadband ssid

Hello,
Recently, I have shifted to new house, where there is alreay existing Broadband connection and i don't have the details of it. When i try to search broadband connectivity, i get too many connection details, and i am not sure which SSID belong to my house. How can i find SSID which is for my own house? Also where i can get the "Key" details required for it?
