Power needed to sli

How large of a power supply will I need to sli 2 MSI 560ti 2gb cards with a i-5 2500k? I plan on overclocking the processor and maybe the graphics cards so I need to consider that.

More about power needed
  1. A quality 750watt would do!
  2. For a system using two GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 700 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 50 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

It should be easier to find a power supply unit with at least four PCI Express supplementary power connectors in the 750 Watt range.
