Sabertooth x79 RAID or AHCI after setting up windows in RAID setting

Hi just a quick question, I have just finished installing RSTe drivers (F6) in Raid (bios) on a Samsung 830ssd sabertooth x79 and finished installing windows7 64bit professional and updating all drivers and running intel download utility. Everything is looking good, I have the Intel Rapid Storage Enterprise icon in the icons down on the taskbar. My question is should I change the SATA setting in Bios back to AHCI? I will be running the ssd and the other 3 hdd as single disks for video editing and will not be creating a raid. Trim is enabled, I think. I have not attempted to check for updates to the firmware on my ssd as Samsung magician does not support it when in RAID mode apparently. This is my first X79 install. Thanks for any advice.
