How to run cod 4 smoothly

i am having a problem with running call of duty 4 modern warfare it runs a little slowly . I am having a Amd Athlon II X4 630 processor. What shud i do for it.

i dont have a graphic card i have a amd processor & my game resolutions are 1280x720&my pc resolutions are 1600x900 what should i do for it . Please help me out.!!!

Well, I guess that means you have a motherboard with integrated graphics like the Radeon HD 4200. Integrated graphic cores are pretty weak. The only way to improve your gaming experience is to install a video card like a Radeon HD 5670 which probably sells for around $60 after a rebate.

Try lowering the resolution even more and lowering the graphics quality to minimum if you are unwilling to buy a video card.
