Cooling problem GT440 3GB

I have a cooling problem and am looking for some options.

its runs at 50C idle and 75C under load


i want to knock these down 10C each.



there is an extra 3PIN slot/ connector for another fan just below the CPU.

also a PCI cooler/fan would be an option

460W PSU
