My Monitor goes Black

Hello,
my monitor goes black after 5-6 seconds from start up, then it will come on again at the windows XP loading bar then off again, then back on when its my desktop view again for about 5-6 seconds, the power light on my monitor stays green and at no time do i get "no signal recieved" on my monitor. i have put in another graphics card but get the same issue, I've opened the case and cleaned it kept it open but nothing works and as its only on for 4-6 seconds i cant do anything on it

Intel core 2 duo mobo
3gb ram
600w PSU
Radeon 5750 1bg GFX

1. Remove GPU

2. ReSet The MotherBoard

3. Now Start The Computer

IF THIS ALSO FAILS THEN:

& Yes Do Back-Up Your Data Through Safe-Mode !

1. Remove GPU

2. After ReSet, Install A Fresh New Copy Of Your Windows !

3. After Windows Installation, Don't Open Any Drive, Just Download AVG Free 2011 & Scan Your Whole Computer & Remove Viruses IF FOUND !

& MayBe You Are Done, If Not Then Tell Me !
