I just installed an Antec Earthwatts 380w PSU in my computer. Now, whenever I shut down the computer (using windows 7), the computer decides to start itself back up, resulting in it never shutting down. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Currently, the only way I can shut down is if I flip the switch to "off" on the psu, after pressing "shut down". Thanks.

Does it start right up after flipping the switch on the PSU? If so check the mother board connector for the front panel power switch. try disconnecting this plug if it still restarts on it's own you have something bridging the jumper. If you see nothing that has bridged them on top or the underside of the mother board, you have a faulty motherboard. I had this happen on a AM2 board. it would start itself up upon switching the PSU on.
