MY PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER IT THEN TURNS OFF...THEN BACK ON AND WINDOWS THEN LOADS...WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS ISSUE?

Splendid
I would switch the CPU to a 2600K. Not much more money and better potential power.

Unless you're into games or flight sims that would have both specific drivers and needs for three screens, I would get a single monitor that is better. Your eyes will thank you for the better monitor.

Some Coolermaster PSUs have liar-labels on them. I'm not referencing quality, but outright lies; significant overrating and or missing claimed protections. That is dishonest, and such a company does not deserve anyone's business. Fortunately, there is nothing CM makes that does not have an equal in the market, possibly for less money as well.
Otherwise the build looks very nice; overkill (strictly IMHO) perhaps, but very nice.

hey jtt283 i am using coolermaster silent pro 1000w psu and theres no problem so stop saying anything wrong about coolermaster okay !no defence but maybe you faced a problem but there are people who are using their products especially PSUs and cases and they dont have any problem.so there is no problem in that PSU.
GO FOR IT
