Help on a mostly new build

I5 2500 k
Gskill ripjaws 4gb
Antec 500 w psu
Thermaltech black edition tower
WD 500gb hdd

So here is the deal all components exept the pus are brand new.
The pc will get to the logo screen and boom, restarts , no red LEDs just continues to reboot. Any thoughts on what could be the problem?

Please be more complete about the parts, particularly the RAM and PSU.

Also, please do this checklist completely. The first step in ANY troubleshooting, no matter how experienced you are, is to assume that you did something wrong. 90% of the time you will be right.
