Unusual Graphic Card problem help?

First of all i have installed the lastest driver. my onboard graphic card Nvidia 6150se works fine. it just my 2 years old 8600gt has problems after i reinstall my operating system last week. when i connect my monitor to my 8600gt it has blurry screen resolution with desktop background and a mouse cursor(when i right click and click properties it has no response). i have also tried disabling the onboard and baking the graphic card. still no luck.
is my graphic card dead? any solution?

nvm i fixed it myself, i just download the older driver of nvidia, it seems to work. and i am happy
