Save $5 more with the 80+ Bronze Xigmatek PC402 ($34.95) (a bit higher build quality, 2 more Amps on the 12v rail (32 vs 30)
Save another $5 with Seagate's 1 TB drive ($54.99)
then try this am3+ mobo sand save $13 more

I think you should get a lower Cpu and a higehr GPu (not by much).

Perhaps 6770 + phenomenom II X4 840? At least form what i know, the cpu is less likely to be the bottleneck.

Agree 100%, you may even be able to squeeze a combo or two and try to fit a 6870 in there.
