Intel equivalent to amd

my system compaq presario v3424AU is having AMD Turion 64 MK-38 processor,2.21GHz,512MB RAM, Level-2 cache, 31-watt, socket 754.

I would like to replace with Intel processor. May i know compatible & Equivalent of Intel make for the same?

You can't they're two different companies with compleatly different sockets. The only way to switch to Intel is to get a new motherboard. The problem is if you get a new CPU you need a new motherboard and if you get a new motherboard you need new RAM too. Thats half the important hardware and IMO it's not worth upgrading an old computer. You would be better off buying a new computer or building your own.
