First time builder looking for some advice

So I just got my financial aid refund and can finally afford a new computer. Upgrading from an 8600gs and a pentium D processor lol.

This is what I have so far, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for some changes or something, and to make sure stuff will all fit in that case etc.
I have 2 sets of RAM in there right now. I don't really know how much of a different 1333 to 1600 ram makes so I don't know if it's worth the extra 10 bucks or not. Kinda makes me sound cheap but I'm really close to my budget which will be about $980.

Thanks. I should have mentioned I had the bundle in mind, you just can't put them in wishlists.

As for the 750w, if I can I will try and give it a shot, 10 dollars for that option in the future is nice. Thanks.

The main thing I'm worried about now is the case and I'm wondering if I'll need to buy any wires or standoffs or anything like that separately.

Of course more opinions are always welcome.

The case and motherboard should come with all of the cables and standoffs you will need.
