Input Not Supported... Need Advice

I was streaming a sporting event the other day, and my computer turned off (or restarted, can't remember). When I rebooted, my monitor said input not supported. I figured it was a video card issue, so I took it out, put it back in, still no good. Tried a different monitor, no good. I purchased a new card thinking that was the issue. It didn't fix it. No display through the VGA or HDMI. The motherboard goes through its normal cycle, displaying its normal codes with no issues. I can boot into safe mode, but I can't see anything obviously. Any thoughts?

I can't see anything... the only thing that ever comes on the screen is input not supported...
