This is my first build, and I REALLY don't want to get the wrong kind of motherboard. Thanks!

CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 3.1GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)

Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Amazon)

Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($38.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($184.99 @ Newegg)

More about : motherboard compatible

No to your first question. Your build is compatible though. I am not a fan of MSI motherboards and would choose a similarly priced model from ASRock. I would also go with Corsair for memory. What power supply do you plan on using? The 520w unit from Seasonic would fit your build nicely.

Here is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kQjT

I was originally on a 800 dollar budget, but I decided i could go over a bit/around $50.

Recommendation and link?

EDIT: and also, do you think my PSU is sufficient?
