i realy dont know anthing about amd graphics, and im having a hard time selecting which video card can play crysis 2 with the high res texture pack and dx11 both enabled im playing on a 1440x900 rez monitor

I would suggest a nVidia GTX 560. Choose one from the following list:

@OP:

full system specs? you might not be playing crysis 2 if you dont have the cpu/psu/system/etc. to run the gtx 560.

a 6850 is pretty much the minimum. Im sure if you turned some other details down, like shadows, it would still be very playable. just make sure you have a good triple core CPU or better, or a very high clock frequency dual core.
