New build, I want some advise !! :)

Hey every one ! I just selected my components for a new rig, So here it goes:

MOBO: MSI 880GM-E41
CPU: AMD Phantom x4 965 BE
GFX: HD Radeon 6850 Power color
Case: APEX TX-381
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)
PSU: Antec NEO ECO 520C

I'm going to order it from Newegg.ca and it's gonna cost me 530$ (with taxes, shipping etc.).

It's a budget rig, but I'm hoping to run BF3 at high with a min of 45fps @1366x768p.

So what do you guys think, will I be able to run it and are all the components compatible together ?
I might want to OC a little bit too.

Well my budget is 500$, so even if I wait for BD, they will be too expensive...

No BD will be cheaper since it's a late launch. Pricing to be the FX-4110 being the 965-970's price. Again Fill it out.

NVM. Just saw your resolution, yes you'd probably run it on High no AA.

This'll do better and give you the ability to CF in the future but it costs a quite bit more.

I'm sry to have that much questions, but it's my first rig and I don't really know MSI and their products

Probably with the board suggested, most likely not about 880G board. Though I don't know, It depends on the grade of the CPU (Random) and also it depends on the board, I haven't tried anyother AMD chipset other than 790FX so I can't say for sure.
