Looking for best mobo to fit my 500r case and to compliment specs

hi. i am currently building a new rig. so far i have:
Cpu= i5 3570k
gpu= GA windforce GTX670
psu= Corsair 750w
ram= 8gb corsair vengence
memory= 240gb ssd mushkin
case= 500r corsair carbide series
Im looking for the best motherboard to compliment these items and im also concern which air cooler to buy that will fit in my case. Can someone pls help me. Im new to building computers.
