How measure Graphics Card Temperatures?

Hey how do i measure my grahpics card temperatures, i got a 6770 but i dont know whats a good GPU temperature and everything... I dont have a decent thermometer either :/

same for CPU how do i measure my CPU temperature?

To measure gpu temps, use a program called gpuz - http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

As far as cpu temps, that should be listed in your bios.

If you want an external method, you will have to buy some temp sensors. many fan controllers like the ones nxzt sells have temp sensors.
