Upgrade my cpy

My specs are: cpu: Intel Celeron M 570 @2.26GH -support: Socket 479 mPGA
Motherboard: HP 308A, chipset: intel gme965
Graphics: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset family.(x3100)

I would like to know if i can upgrade my cpu... If yes what model?
If not is overclocking a solution?

You can't overclock either, best option would be upgrading everything.

well you can't do anything with it sorry. most you can do is upgrade the ram but I'd see no point as you'd better off buying a new one.
