Philip CDD 3610 problem in XP

Hi

I have a problem with my Philips CDD 3610 CD-RW in Windows XP. It worked fine in win2k, but when I installed XP I can´t get it to work.
XP says that it is a CD-RW unit and I have installed both Clone-cd and Nero burner but my system keeps loocking up after i I´ve installed this third-party programs.

Does someone have a solution to this problem?

Go to windows update and download the cd writer driver package. Hopefully that will help you.
