This will be the first time I'm going to build my own computer so I need help to make sure the parts work with each other and reccomendation on other parts. My hard drive died and my computer is already quite old (5-6 years) so I decided it was a good time to just get a entirely new one. I took 2 reccommended builds and put them together for a start.

I need a 120-128GB SSD reccomendation.

For the windows 7 upgrade do I have to install windows xp then buy the upgrade or can I just buy it on another computer and use the back up cd instead?

Will 750w be enough when I add another 6950?

Your missing a tower. Consider the hyper 212+ cooler over the Hyper N its cheaper and works great. As for SSD anything but the OCZ vert II. Also Arctic silver was great 5 years ago, but better stuff is out now look at the IC Diamond compound. Also Make sure to check the manufacturers website to see if your memory is compatible with their MB.

Also if you have a valid copy of any previous Windows not OEM you can install 7 upgrade legitimately Go here to find out how. http://www.winsupersite.com/article/win7/clean-install-...
