I tried the paper clip trick on my EG465P-VE but all that happens is it comes to life and then instantly turns off. And it won't do this again until I wait some time (10 seconds? .. a minute?).
Anyway, I ve read about this behavior before and most folks say it's a bad psu. Before I toss it, is there anything else to try? Does there need to be some load on one of the other pins (besides green and black)? Could the psu have gotten into a bad state before and needs to be "reset"? Thanks
