Looking for advice on upgrading my current system. I want to know what the best processor for my mother board is and will it be worth upgrading to this

You would definitely benefit from an upgrade to the I5 as your current CPU at that clock rate is most likely bottlenecking that GPU.
Also, could you post what kind of PSU that is?
