This will be my third build I've ever done, and would enjoy all opinions of what I should change/keep/better ideas or whatever you techies out there can do to give me some insight on my gaming rig. Here's what I'm currently deciding on:

CORSAIR Professional Series HX850
Acer HD monitor x3 for eyefinity
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4x4GB)

Man this looks just like the pieces I've been surfing the internet for. I was going to come here to ask everyone's opinion of it, the only question I have is the motherboard. Is there anything better, or less expensive with the same performance?

well you can get more performance for less. first cut off the fat. the i7 2600k will give no performance boost gaming wise over the i5 2500k. if you will be doing tons of video editing it is worth it but if you are mainly gaming it is not
the extreme7 gen3 is not worth it unless you will go tri cf which you obviously are not with that psu. the ram is way overkill games barely use 4gb's so 8gb's is future proof. i dont see the point in win7 pro. if you can name one thing that it has that you will actually use over home premium then get it if not dont. the haf 912 is not a great case for your budget. raid with ssd's is extremely hard and not reccomended. they are already extremely fast just get a bigger one (240gb) the bigger it is the faster the write speeds get

Drop the 2600K for a 2500K and put the money in a case with better cooling like as in more fans. That 912 is a good case, but it only comes with a single 120mm fan and those AMD cards run hot. Also a 750w psu will easily push that build.
