Check if there is a problem with my ram

I recently bought this laptop Acer V3-551g with 4GB DDR3 (1600 Mhz, it reads) RAM.
When i compared the ratings of my laptop with my friends (whose ram is operating at 1333 Mhz) one i noticed a huge difference in ram rating.

Mine ram rating: 5.9 (1600Mhz)
His ram rating : 7.2 (1333Mhz)

He owe a Sony Vaio SVE15116EN

I understand that this difference might be due to totally different configuration, but don't understand why this much difference.

I am uploading some pictures for references.

More about check problem
  1. don't use WEI as a performance rating. It neither good or accurate.
  2. Whatever is window's criteria for rating, these two systems should have been atleast "comparable"(in case of RAM).
    Why so much difference??
I just wanted to know if my RAM is wrongly configured.
