(Don't buy from Newegg, I only linked them so you can see what parts I'm talking about. Also, I converted USD to Euros, so you can see how many euros it would be.)
With that many Euros you can do pretty good.

For Motherboard get: - 37 Euros
Biostar H61 MoBo (No overclocking on this, or crossfire/sli, but it's cheap, which you need for good video card)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138332

Processor:
i5 2400 3.1GHz Quad Core - 142 Euros
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115074

RAM:
PNY Optima 8GB (4 x 2GB) - 32 Euros
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820178333

Video Card:
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 - 179 Euros
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102949

Total: About 390 Euros.

This should definitely be able to run it BF3 on high.

No problem, hope you like whatever you choose to do.

I just found this system requirements too, this should be able to run it on high, it fits the recommended system requirements exactly, but with 4 extra GB of RAM.
