Loud Noice coming from the Tower

Hello, about 80% time when i boot my computer there is a loud noice coming out of the tower.
i know for a fact that the noise is created due to the loop that every power supply has. and that if the noise happens
there is something wrong with the power supply.

i have opened it up and checked for loose connections and maybe broken capacitors but i couldnt find anyting.

any one has any ideas? this only happened recently.

computr is about 2 years old but still in very good shape

Also i would like to add that whenver i DO get my computer to boot and i leave it on throughout the night and i come back in the morning it freezes which forces me to reset.
