Will this setup work

I've never built a computer a computer before and I'm not sure if I did enough research. Any help I get would be great.

Motherboard - Zotac gf 9300-g-e wifi
Processor - Intel Celeron E3200
Heat Sink - Scythe Kozuti SCKZT-1000
Memory - HyperX blu 4GB DDR2-1066 (PC2-8500)
Disk Drive - Samsung 22X DVD±RW Burner
Case - Antec Mini Skeleton 90

Is the 90watt power supply enough?
Will a low profile video card fit?
Is there anything else I'm overlooking?

CPU TypeCore 2 Quad/Duo / Pentium Dual-Core / Celeron yep

- 7.5" (H) x 8.3" (W) x 9.1" (D) so the card will be cramped at best

it would work on 90 Watts, but you will begin to run into problems when you put a gfx card in (the processor uses 65W)

I'm mostly gonna be photoshopping, web surfing, and movies if that makes a difference if i'm even gonna need a card

Yes, photoshop is gpu accelerated.

So what would you recommend? I only have the mini skeleton case, I found it in a home I was cleaning out and I got for free new in the box. I'd like to build something out of it but, it has that built in 90w power supply.

Quadro 400? http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-quadro-400-us.html It uses 32 watts....Not sure if the power supply is enough :/

Also, if you are putting a Celeron in it, the DDR2-1066 RAM is wasted. Just find some pretty good DDR2-800 RAM.
