Help Radeon 5830

So today i notice that my GPU wasnt running even at 20% i check on Gpuz it had 157/300 out of 800/1000 and then i try to run a 3d application cause i know the powerplay AMD has but never turn it on It went up to 400/900 is still barely using 60% of its potential what can i do about it I ran Dragon age 2 highest settings to try to get it to increase but no luck

Have you tried to re-install the latest ATI drivers for your card?

YEs i reinstalled,uninstall every ATI,AMd driver for graphics like 10 times i was reading something about powerplay but i never knew anything about that so theres no way thats was causing it

Close thread found the solution drivers 11.6./7 had some kinda glitch/bug i downladed 11.8 beta/preview and it fix the problem
